About R. Folice Bailey

R. Folice Bailey is a certified professional life coach and the visionary founder of Focus & Finish, a dynamic life-coaching and education consulting company. As a navigational strategist, she is dedicated to the belief that leaders can create positive and lasting change both individually and within their organizations. Focus & Finish was born out of her heartfelt desire to assist organizations and leaders in achieving goal-driven and mission-oriented outcomes. By utilizing comprehensive systems, structures, and strategies, Focus & Finish empowers leaders to reach both personal and organizational goals effectively.

With over twenty-five years of experience in education, R. Folice Bailey’s career began as an elementary school teacher and advanced through roles such as Curriculum Facilitator, Assistant Principal at four high schools, and Principal at two schools. Her passion for education extends particularly to exceptional children, as she has served as a supervisor and administrator for Exceptional Children's programs across multiple schools. She is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne College with a BA in Elementary Education (1997) and holds a Master's degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2005).

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she cherishes her family and devotes significant time to celebrating family events and milestones. R. Folice Bailey is a devoted aunt to five nephews and nieces and the loving mom to three fur babies: Sky, Zoe, and Xander. Known for her enthusiastic and profound speaking abilities, she inspires others to live life passionately and focus on what truly matters. Her compassionate approach to coaching and mentoring reflects her commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

In addition to her professional and family life, she is an accomplished singer, often invited to perform the National Anthem at various events. She enjoys traveling, healthy living, photography, helping people, and collecting butterfly-themed items as symbols of life's beauty and transformation. Her multifaceted interests and dedication to making a positive impact highlight her as a dynamic leader and compassionate individual.
